The Process

Collection

Storetec can collect your documents at anytime, anywhere in the UK.

Scanning

All documents are prepared and scanned using the latest high-speed Kodak machines which have specialist image-enhancement software.

Indexing

Storetec can index and file your documents however you wish. Scanned files are uploaded to the Freedocs servers and can be accessed within 24 hours using Storetec’s unique quick-retrieval system.

Web access

Global access is protected using the latest technology. The Freedocs servers are defended by impenetrable firewall systems and all images, databases and applications are fully encrypted. Leaving you free to concentrate on attacking your marketplace.

Users are issued with a login and password which determines their level of access, providing you security specific to your business and employees. Viewing online couldn’t be simpler. Once logged-on, users enter their search criteria in the search box and the results are returned within seconds.

Freedocs conforms to all current guidelines issued by the Financial Services Authority, HM Revenue & Customs and the Law Society and is backed by our procedures which follow the BSI’s BIP0008: Code of Practice for Legal Admissibility & Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically.
