What they wanted

Our client is dedicated to being a paper-free organisation. They also wanted a quicker way to access their documents.

They chose our document scanning, online hosting and document storage services to help them do just that.

What we did

We set up a monthly collection of the client’s documents. These are scanned and added to our cloud-based hosting system, FreeDocs.

Thanks to FreeDocs, Rolls-Royce can now search and access its payroll documentation 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

And there’s no need for them to keep the original documents because we comply with the British Standards Institute BIP0008-1: Code of Practice for the Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight of Information Stored Electronically.

After scanning, we store the client’s documents for 30 days then shred and recycle them from our document storage facility.
