What they wanted
The client was wasting expensive office space storing their paper archive. So they wanted an electronic storage system that would give them access from all over the country.
They chose our document scanning and online hosting services to help them do just that.
What we did
First, we collected the documents from their office. Then we scanned, processed and uploaded them into our cloud-based hosting system, FreeDocs.
With FreeDocs, the client can access, share and print documents in seconds from wherever they are in the world.
We indexed their archive using the filing system they were already familiar with. So they can search for their digital documents in the same way they did when they used paper.
We also agreed a monthly collection schedule to make sure their online archive is up to date.
