Storetec launches new initiative to plant 1 tree for every 10 boxes of client documents scanned

Our commitment to fighting climate change is not a wish list or a series of vague hopes for the future. We want to make a difference here and now.

The Future Forest Company exists to remove CO2 from the atmosphere, restore biodiversity and fight climate change. Their mission is to plant enough trees to remove 1 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere by 2030. They only plant native, broadleaf trees on their UK sites to create thriving habitats for wildlife - they never plant monocultures.

They are restoring degraded, threatened peatland across their sites in Scotland and Northern England so that they can play an active role in fighting climate change.

In addition to shredding and recycling hundreds of tonnes of paper per year, we want to proactively make a difference by planting a tree for every 10 boxes of client documents scanned. Each tree will be dedicated to the client, we'll even give you a certificate and the what3words location of your tree.

Do you have any boxes of documents lying around that you could access digitally? Join us in our journey to a more sustainable future and get them scanned.
