Customer Support/Logistics Operative

Duties to include but not limited to: Liaising with new and existing clients to arrange collections/returns; Managing our bespoke customer support system and ensuring requests are dealt with within defined SLAs; Dealing with incoming calls and directing them accordingly; Greet clients/visitors; General administrative duties and data entry; Providing an excellent customer service experience to meet Storetec's high expectations.

Skills: Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience with Microsoft Office applications is essential; Good geographical knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential; Must be customer-focused and able to work well under pressure and use own initiative.

Warehouse Operative

Requirements: Must have a flexible approach, and be willing to learn new skills; Willing to work overtime if/when required; MEWP training certificate would be an advantage but not necessary; Have some auditing/stock-taking experience.

Job description: Comply with all health and safety rules and procedures; Communicate effectively via telephone or in-person regarding issues/queries requests; Respond promptly and efficiently to requests for documents and information; Provide efficient and clear support to customers, team members and other departments; Work well both individually and as part of a team; Help with the careful planning and execution of audits; Ensure all paperwork is completed promptly, clearly, and correctly; Use the company's systems correctly to organise items for delivery/collection; Carry out general cleaning and tidying of the warehouse; Undertake general warehouse duties/stock-control to a high standard; Use and maintain machinery and equipment in a safe manner; Attend training courses when required.
