How does scan on demand work?
1 - Collection
We will pack and collect the archive from your office or storage facility through our internally managed fleet of tracked vehicles. For large-scale projects, a collection schedule will be arranged to suit your diary.
2 - Storage
On arrival, all archive boxes are booked onto our internal tracking system and transported to their dedicated storage bays where they will remain until their retention period ends.
3 - Retrieval
In the event you need to quick access to your records in storage, you can request to digitally retrieve any file or box by using your dedicated i-Trac portal.
4 - Access
On receipt of a retrieval request, we will locate, digitise and electronically transfer the scanned documents to you within eight working hours.

We can arrange for flatpack archive boxes to be posted to you in advance, or can even provide on-site packing services saving your time and resources.
