Our scanning bureaus are equipped with the latest industry-leading digitisation equipment, meaning we are capable of scanning any type of document you have, no matter how niche!
Security
All internal operations have been carefully designed to incorporate high-security measures such as 24/7 site security, coded building access, internal & external CCTV and perimeter fencing. All employees are required to sign non-disclose agreements, in addition to being fully DBS checked.
We also use un-branded vehicles when collecting your archive for complete anonymity, in addition to carefully designing a bureau management system to track each box throughout the digitisation process. Following project completion, paper documents are shredded in compliance with British Standard EN15713.
